Good Ideas

Have you ever had what you thought was a good idea and then after you started working on that good idea you think to yourself .. Just what in the heck was I thinking? Well that’s what happened to me tonight. I thought it was a good idea to take all the silverware that we own and wash it. Now normally this shouldn’t be such a big deal, but man we have a lot of silverware and knives at our house! So my plan is to take only what we are going to use and that’s going back into the drawer and store the rest. It’s hard to believe that when we have company that we can actually run out of forks and spoons. But I guess my little project is a good thing done and now to find something to put the extras in and put into storage for later.

The weather is wet and getting kind of cold, so after work tonight Daryl put the panel back up on William’s greenhouse. Some of our friends in Minnesota had actually got snow today and tonight for us it’s supposed to get down into the low 30’s. Brrrr!! But after checking out the garden, I’m going to need more than a few days of warm weather I’m afraid before I’m going to get into it to plant anything.

And the photo of the day is Kaiser. Both dogs were so wet tonight, but for some reason a small puppy can be so much cuter wet than a full grown dog. Poor Reno.
