Today was Spring and you would never have guessed it in Iowa! We continue to get snow and wind and then more snow. Now that it’s spring we are all hoping that the weather is going to turn soon and we will be all done with winter.
William had some trouble with his car yesterday and what happened was that his car was getting hot. We weren’t sure what was actually going on until the hood was opened and found out that there was so much snow and ice on his radiator that it froze to it with a thick coating of ice. This wasn’t letting any air into it and causing it to get warm. Daryl got out the knipco heater and thawed William’s car out. You know who ever invented the knipco heater was a pretty smart person. You can use it for just about anything.
The good old knipco heater comes through again
I took a couple of pictures tonight of the snow drifts that we have in our back yard. Even though the calendar shows that it is the first day of Spring – I think the weather outside isn’t cooperating too well.
