And how will this special night be spent in our house? Well, Daryl wanted to go to the girls basketball tournament, so after work he fed the animals and got cleaned up. He asked me if I wanted to go along, but I really wasn’t too excited about going out so off he went. As for me? Well a long hot bath and hanging out watching TV with Reno, that was pretty much all that was on the agenda for me. I did get a chance to talk with William and found out that he got the birthday package that I sent in the mail yesterday. Yea! I’m not trying to brag, but after years of practice, I can send some pretty good boxes. And tonight is opening night for the Music Man Musical in Canada that Kyle is in. So even though we’re not together, I think all in all it’s a good night for everyone.
I did have some trouble picking out Daryl’s valentines card to give him though. If you remember a recent post – I said that I was going to make it. Well that didn’t happen, and then when I went to buy one, yikes I didn’t really like any of them. So I found a very funny one and if you look at the picture below you’ll see the funny one that I gave Daryl and the nice one that he gave me. Also check out the flowers that Daryl brought home with him tonight. Very nice.
