I am so excited because the electrician and plumbers came today and they did a really good job. They haven’t been in the Roadhouse before and when they walked in they were really surprised. But soon I found out that they needed some more stuff to get the job done, and I said that I could go back to their shop and get whatever they needed. I didn’t want them to stop working on putting in our sink, and since I still have the truck that I’m driving – it only made sense that I go. We ended up getting everything that we needed and around noon they had the sink and the water heater installed. If you’re wondering where we got the sink from, it’s from the milk house. We looked around for something that we liked, and found out that we liked the old sink that we had in the barn. Now for the first time since we started all our projects a year ago, we are not waiting for anyone to do the work except for ourselves. Kinda scary.

We went to our last Vocal and Band concert for our kids tonight. That is so weird. But it wasn’t as hard as I was thinking it would be. When putting together the pictures for William’s graduation, it’s been fun seeing the same kids from year to year growing up together in the band and choir. And now that they’re with their last days at high school, it’s nice to see how great all the kids turned out to be. I’m proud of all the kids and they all have something to be very pleased of not only this year, but all the years of hard work that they gave to the program and each other. Great job to all of them!
