Now that we’ve got a couple of the easy ones out of the way, you’re going to have to put your thinking caps on for next weeks photo. I have it already picked out and we’ll see if anyone can guess it!
Have you ever started something and then when you’re just in the thick of it, you think that maybe you shouldn’t have really started it after all? Well I started a couple of batches of tomato salsa tonight and even though I thought that it wasn’t going to take most of the night, I was wrong. But it’s a good job done and now to move onto getting some apples canned for the winter.
