I think his friends came back to haunt me. I’m not sure how I’m going to catch these guys because as you might remember, I’m not very good at this at all. But it IS a new season and who knows I just might be better at it. Now I’m not holding my breath that I am, but maybe? I also burnt trash late tonight and it is so funny that our peacocks just hate it when the trash is burning. They all stand on top of the buildings, chicken coop and cattle shed and just scream and scream. It’s too bad that the scream that they use is also the scream that they use for everything else on the farm, otherwise we could use it as our fire alarm. While I was outside I saw my first fireflies for the year. When you see the first ones it really catches your eye and then as the season goes on it seems like you don’t even notice them. It’s a shame that they can go unnoticed, because it really is cool how they can light up. I remember when William would be out catching them and keeping them in his bug jar. He’d keep them in his room and then eventually they would go back outside and he’d get some new ones. He was always catching some type of bug and keeping it to get a better look at it. Seems like a million years ago…..
