I had ordered quite a bit of things off the internet this Christmas and man oh man am I having troubles today. I was expecting this one shipment and found out that the warehouse that I ordered it from cancelled the order. Now first of all, I didn’t know that the warehouse can cancel an order without letting you know. But they can if they run out of what you ordered.  Then when I called them today and after 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get the same deal that I got the first time – we came up with a plan on how to do it. When we were placing the order this afternoon I was using my Debit card which asked the salesperson to put in my secret password if I use it on line. They are not allowed to do this so scratch that idea. So, now we had to figure out another plan. I was just going to order them myself and get the credit figured out when I called back with my order number. Well, after figuring out what I wanted to order – their web site is now down. aaahhhhh!!!! If I wasn’t getting 40% off I wouldn’t bother with it. But it’s too good of a deal to stop now. I’m going to try again later because right now I’m pretty frustrated about the whole thing.

    i feel your pain. my online woes have been with the misuse by the retailer of my debit card. they were triple debiting me for items on an order and it was scary the you know what out of me, because i have some pretty big orders with them right now. i’m hoping it’s leveled off, but until all the orders (there were 4) from this retailer are properly debited and shipped, i’m pretty leary about it. i hope you got your situation settled. maybe they could do an electronic check rather than a debit card transaction?
