OK, I have a concern. Lately I’ve been noticing that when I wake up in the morning I have been sleeping with my mouth open. Now just because my mouth is open in the morning isn’t such a big deal – but what I’m concerned about is that I’ve heard that if you sleep with your mouth open you can have spiders crawl into your mouth! AAAHHHH !!!! Now I’m not sure why I’ve started this lately – maybe getting older?, maybe being tired at night?, or maybe just too much paint? Whatever is the cause, I’m not liking it. The reason that I’m freaking out is because I’ve heard the stories about spiders crawling into your mouth at night and then you eat them. To be honest I’ve really never seen a spider in our bedroom before and we’re married over 28 years, but after some investigating on the Web it says that anyone can eat between 4 to 8 spiders a year. BLAAHHH!! OK, this is what nightmares are made of. Could you just imagine this? Or if you woke up one morning and seeing a spider coming out of the person’s mouth beside you? There is also some research saying that you really don’t eat spiders when you sleep and that it’s a myth and someone just made it up. So who is right? I have no idea and it doesn’t really matter, I’m trying to lay on my belly so that I’m face down at night. You know.. ‘Just in Case’!
