I finished the shed by the road today. Yea! I debated if I should be painting and had to convince myself that it really wasn’t that cold outside. But you know what? It was COLD! I started out with my flip flops on and then I thought that maybe I should put socks and shoes on. Then after a little while I was still cold, so I came to the house and found a stocking cap and gloves. Yea, cap and glove weather. It’s hard to believe that not that long ago I was painting in over 100 degree weather. But I did get the last side done on this shed and even though the paint was a little thick (because it was so cold), it looks really good. And to be honest, it was kind of nice wearing gloves today because then I didn’t even have any clean up to do after with gas.

Our chickens have really taken off for laying eggs. In the past two days I’ve got almost a pail of eggs. Thank goodness my one sister needed eggs and I’ll be seeing her later this week. I’m planning on bringing her 6 dozen, so that will take down some of the inventory.
