Happy Valentines Day to everyone!
I ended up getting out of bed a little later than I should have – but it was Valentines Day right? Well, to be honest I really wasn’t going to get up any earlier than I did anyway, even if it wasn’t Valentines Day. Do you ever go to bed and think to yourself ‘ if I’m going to wake up on the normal time again the next morning I’m not going to get out of bed for anything!’ Well that’s what I did this morning and even though my back teeth were floating because I had to go to the bathroom so bad, I was standing firm with my decision that wasn’t going to get up early! Finally after thinking that this was pretty dumb, I ended up getting up and going to the bathroom and then staying up. But that was a good thing really because I had a long list to do and wanted to get it done. Now granted in my younger days I would have spent the day with Daryl on the couch watching TV and taking a nap, which really sounds like a great idea… but not today!
I made a list of what I needed done (shocked aren’t you 🙂 ) and after a busy day I got my list completed and a couple of extra things done too.
I was pretty pleased if I say so myself. And to top it off I even got a couple of batches of soap done.

I was glad that I got some more soap done because I’ve been having just terrible nightmares about the craft show that’s coming up in April. You know the one that I’m registered for that will be my first one! The nightmares are the one that everyone is ready to go and their booths look awesome and it’s a couple of minutes before the doors open and I haven’t even started to set up my display yet. I didn’t have anything for the tables, no soap out, and let’s just say it wasn’t a good dream at all! Man I’ve got about 6 weeks before this show and I’m thinking it’s going to be a stressful 6 weeks! I better be organized so I don’t freak out or something and can get some better sleep.
And to end the day and because it’s Valentines Day and all, Daryl went to town to get some carryout suppers and when he came home from town he said that the road is pretty much blocked with the snow that has been blowing all afternoon. So there is absolutely no sleeping in tomorrow morning for me! I sure hope the road grader man doesn’t sleep in either!
