After chores on Saturday morning, we packed our bags and off to Minneapolis we went with my brother and his wife. We were all going to a dinner theater at the Chanhassen to watch the performance of Hairspray. Daryl and I have never been to this dinner theater before and were excited to go. Now I knew that the show was going to be good – but I never imagined that it would be Fantastic! I absolutely loved everything about the show. The night was filled with good food, some cold beer, a great show, and tons of fun! Sometimes I think we don’t take the time to do enough things like this. I know that I was really glad that we went and hope to have a chance sometime to go again and watch another show.
When Daryl and I got dressed for the show, I wanted a picture of us dressed up. I had my camera with me, so I set the timer on it and ran to sit beside Daryl. Well we took the first picture and sometimes you just would wish that the camera would ‘lie’ a little don’t you? Daryl’s pictures all looked good – but the ones of me… yikes! Well we took what seemed to be quite a few pictures and settled on the one below. The second picture is one with my brother and his wife at the show. We only had to take one picture and it turned out pretty good.
