The weather was absolutely PERFECT today and no bugs at all – so why didn’t I get much done? I have no idea. I should have got the north side of the barn painted with red today but I didn’t get that done. I was able to get the pail emptied which means I’ve painted so far this summer 95 gallons – which I guess is a pretty big accomplishment, but man I sure hate being unorganized. I don’t know if you ever have a day when you just seem to be spinning your wheels and if you have had one of those days then you’ll know what I’m talking about. So tomorrow I’ve got my game plan on. The first thing I need to do is to work on this blog. I have to upgrade the software that I’m using and this means that I need to copy the web page and then go back and retrieve it later. I’m hoping I don’t screw it up but I guess we’ll find out tomorrow. Then I want to get the rest of the barn on the north side painted with red and hopefully with the white trim. I’ve got to do some cleanup work on the windows because they have tons of staples in them when we put up plastic on the outside of the windows in the winter. OK – so that’s my plan and I sure hope that I follow it. The only thing that I can see having trouble with is upgrade on this web page.

Now Daryl on the other hand is having good luck. He’s got a couple of loads of corn unloaded and is back out in the fields.
